This is a very dark eggplant purple Merino wool blended with rainbow nylon. Rainbow nylon is colorful and sparkly, but with a more reserved sparkle than when angelina or stellina is used. It's kind of an understated sparkle and color that I appreciate though it stands out more than usual against this very deep, dark eggplant purple wool.
