This is a dark gray Merino wool blended with rainbow nylon. Rainbow nylon is colorful and sparkly, but with a more reserved sparkle than when angelina or stellina is used. It's kind of an understated sparkle and color that I appreciate. I have spun a sweater with white Merino mixed with Rainbow nylon and I really love the subtle effect and enjoy wearing it and looking at the subtle-ness of the sparkle and color in the yarn.

I actually bought this fiber for myself to spin up for a gray sweater with a snowflake motif. I'm going to spin up a really sparkly white stellina wool blend for the snowflake motif on the yoke of the sweater. I bought extra though, for you!
