This is a 70/30 blend of 70% natural white Superfine Merino Wool blended with 30% beautiful, white Cashmere.

Cashmere is considered to be one of the most luxurious fibers available.

Cashmere is the dehaired, under-coat from goats, that insulates them and keeps them warm before they shed it, and it is combed out and collected.

The fibers is prized because of it's ultimate fine, softness at 14-18 microns. The collection and dehairing process is slow, and must be done carefully, which is what makes this fiber more prized and expensive. The amount of fiber collected from each goat is small.

This Superfine Merino is 18.5 micron and is super soft and wonderful itself.....but even more so blended with the cashmere.
