75% Blue Faced Leicester Wool with 25 % Tussah Silk blended throughout very well. It is a soft fluffy, silky and strong blend of 75% Blue Faced Leicester Wool and 25% tussah silk combed top. I do have a listing for another blend of 70/30 BFL and Tussah silk where the silk is not as well blended throughout the fibers and the silk runs in strips down the combed top.

I love BFL fiber. It has a different structure to the hair shaft than other wool fibers, so it makes it have a little bit of shine and nice drape. It is soft and the shine and softness of the silk mixed in makes it extra special and BFL/silk blends dye beautifully with both acid and natural dyes.
