The whorl on this drop spindle has been hand-stamped. I have loved rubber stamping since I was a child, and this is a perfect combination of the two hobbies.

This spindle has an 11" shaft and the whorl is 2 1/2" wide. The spindle weighs 1.7 - 1.8 oz, which I find a nice weight. Not too heavy and not too light. The rest of the spindle is natural hardwood with a brass hook at the top.

Fiber does not come along with this spindle. It is the spindle only. I include beginner spinning instructions and a leader string with all my spindles.
