This is not Superfine Merino, it's probably about 23 microns, so it's not as super soft, but what I like about this is that it makes a loftier yarn and it was easier to spin a thicker yarn from it, because I normally tend to spin so thin. These colors are bright! I spun a sweater up in this by spinning it from the fold to keep the colors from getting as muted. See the picture in the listing of the sweater I spun and knit from this. Spun from the fold, and chain plied.
