Polwarth Wool / Camel / Mulberry Silk 'Caffe Crema' 4 or 8oz Combed Top Bare Natural White Roving Undyed Wool Spinning Fiber for Dyeing Ecru

from $17.99
Priced and sold by 4 or 8oz.

75% Polwarth Wool / 12.5% Camel / 12.5% Mulberry Silk

The luxurious camel fiber in this blend makes the blend a warm, creamy, offwhite color, and makes me think of 'winter white'.

Polwarth wool is noted for its elasticity, durability it is still considered a delicate fiber with bounce and drape, with an average staple length of 4-6". It is a better option than Merino for beginning spinners looking for next-to-skin softness without the slippery difficulty of other fine fibers.

Polwarth dyes easily and takes up dye evenly and has been increasingly popular with spinners. The camel and Mulberry silk add a little luxury and softness to this already wonderful Polwarth wool.

All my roving is stored carefully in my pet-free, smoke-free home and is ready to ship right away, and sent USPS.
