Shetland wool is 29-31 micron wool, so it isn't a super soft wool, but I have heard many hand spinners say that it is their favorite wool to spin.

Green colors are some of the hardest colors to photograph correctly. This wool is a deep, dark rich teal green color. My camera kept wanting to make it a turquoise blue, so I had to edit the photographs to try to depict the beautiful dark teal this wool color is.
