Note that there are 2 different sizes of tensions springs. The gold tension springs are what the regular Ashford spinning wheels use, like the Kiwis, Joys and Travellers. The smaller silver tension springs are for Ashford Espinner 3.

I have had to replace the small tension springs on my Ashford Espinner the most! Sometimes when I've had my sliding hooks too close to the brake band, the hook has caught the break band and really stretched out the tension spring! This has happened more than once! Having a few extras on hand is so helpful!
